Judith de la Cruz, Broker, Team Leader   

Moving is a big change in people's lives. It is fun and exciting but it could also be complex and stressful. Technology has made it easier for buyers and sellers to educate themselves about the home buying and selling process, however most people eventually realize that there is just one thing that they cannot get from it, and that is called Experience.   

Judith understands how it feels to relocate to another area as she herself took a major leap in 1988 from her native Philippines right into the heart of the Triangle. She started her real estate career in 1995 with an accounting degree from prestigious University of the Philippines, a 5.5 year International Advantage Representative experience with American Airlines and strong faith in the American dream. Now after 21 years of full time, local real estate agency experience, she has honed her skills to help her clients make the best real estate decisions for themselves and their family. Embracing technology, being connected with the best partners in the business and having the fastest growing real estate company in the whole US have helped Judith provide her clients a seamless, enjoyable and successful real estate experience. Probably the biggest thing that sets her apart is her personality. Working with Judith is not just all business. You got a friend for life! This is the reason why 95% of her business comes from referrals and past clients.


Judith is the oldest of 8 children to educator parents. She is widowed and has an independent, 27 yr old son. She is an active member of the Philippine American community in the area and is a long time supporter of community projects and events which benefit locally and the Philippines. Her passion are her love of family, dancing, reading, staging, gardening and travelling. Her dream is to hopefully inspire others that no matter what one's background is, as long as she sticks to her values and follows her heart, she can do whatever she sets her mind to do. The challenges and hard times that people go through are in fact blessings that make them stronger going through life. The American Dream is real indeed but not without the hard work and perseverance that it requires!
 


Anjanette Kusluski, Broker, Buyers Agent 

Mary Anjanette Kusluski is a licensed Real Estate Broker/Realtor and 12 year resident of North Carolina. She moved to NC from Michigan in 2004  and have been enjoying the warm weather ever since!  Her background in Breast Cancer Research Nursing for 20 plus years has prepared her for the commitment and attention to details that the real estate business require. Now that she is in the Real Estate Business, she treats her clients the same manner by giving her all to find them a home that they will truly be happy with!  


On top of her vibrant personality, Anjanette provides superior service to her clients guiding them step by step through the home buying, selling or building process. Sheryll de la Cruz - Dimanlig, Broker, Administrative Assistant

Every real estate transaction involves a myriad of details and process that are equally important and critical bringing your home from the start to finish line. Sheryll has been working with the team since she arrived in the USA in 2003. Her degree in Interior Design from the Philippine Women's University gave her an extraordinary penchant for details. She is fully responsive to clients needs making sure that everything and everyone is taken cared of. 

Sheryll got her real estate license in 2012. She owned a property management company that Judith sold to her and managed it for 3 years before she decided to sell it as well and decided to focus on just the residential listing and buying side of real estate.

Sheryll is married with an 8 yr old son. She is an active volunteer of the Philippine American Association of NC (PAANC) and is an active parent at her son's school. Her interests are yoga, cooking, gardening and travelling the US and internationally.  

   

Christopher de la Cruz - Woodlief - Broker, Marketing Assistant  

A proverbial Millennial, Christopher creates and designs marketing materials for the team. His youthful enthusiasm and tech savvy-ness targets market areas where our marketing is effective. Christopher takes care of behind the door scenes to let the rest of the team focus on what they do best to take care of their clients.  

He is currently pursuing a degree in Business with focus in Entrepreneurship and IT at the NC State University. His interests are following latest trends in technology, cooking (he is an awesome cook) and travelling both local and international. Christopher is also a licensed real estate broker since 2008.
